Abstract.
Every house construction tends to use up a lot of natural resources during construction and uses a huge amount of energy throughout its life. Sustainable architecture is architecture that does not waste energy, does not require expensive maintenance, and is not a building that has poor insulation or too much glass. For this reason, standard benchmarks are needed to control sustainable architecture in Indonesia that is able to meet the needs and demands of life without compromising conditions and resources for people in the next generation. In this study, it was later named the Indonesian Sustainability Architecture Index, abbreviated as ISAI. The Mixed Method research method uses a Neuroresearch approach through 3 (three) stages, namely exploratory research, explanatory research, and confirmatory research. First, exploratory research in the form of constructing the theoretical variables of Indonesia Sustainability Architecture. Second, explanatory research in the form of testing academic predictions from the construct theoretical instruments of Indonesia Sustainability Architecture, predictions of trend conditions and determinants of the realization of Indonesia Sustainability Architecture. Third, confirmatory research in the form of an analysis of the condition of Indonesia Sustainability Architecture seen from various locations. The population is all office buildings in Jakarta. In the first year it produced outputs in the form of enrichment of 1 MK Architecture material, 3 (three) Papers in international journals indexed Scopus LoA, 1 (one) HKI Model/Module Indonesia Sustainability Architecture Index (ISAI) – Registered at DJKI through RTTO, and Poster
