Abstract
Currently, Information Technology (IT) has a significant role in asissting people doing as well as completing their work, particulary in creative industry. Therefore, it is necessary to have an educative facilities that can be a place that not only as a lab but also as an information hub that relate to the IT development. One solution that can be realized to accommodate the development of science and technology is Science and Techno Park. Bina Nusantara University which actually has a motto, namely “Building the Nation through science and technology”, is selected as the case study. This paper presents the study of designing a Science and Technology Park building that based on Bina Nusantara University needs. The building is expected to fulfill the research activity both from internal and external industries. Additionally, the high-tech architecture concept is applied to create a unique, innovative, and modern shape and atmosphere of the building as well as the exterior and interior.
